If you signed up for this Music Biz Etc. and your membership is valid and not expired, these are the main reasons and solutions to your problem.
MOST COMMON REASON WHY YOU CAN'T LOG IN:
1.)  You are trying to enter this website from a different internet address location than where you signed up at.  This website has 3 different website addresses for computer data backup purposes and you must log in from the same website address where you first signed up.  When you sign up at a website it is a good idea to either write down the internet address of the website you joined and with your web browser, add the website to your "Favorites" or bookmark it so you will always have the correct location to log in. It is also important that you also write down on paper your usernames and passwords because one day your computer might crash and you lose all your data, then you will lose your passwords and location to this website. Some people do not write down their sign up information and rely only on Google to find this website, which is not the best method because you might find a different location than from where you signed up or you might find imposter forgery sites trying to trick you..

 payment processing company then the website location you have to use to log in is here...Music Biz Etc.(Verotel).

B) If you paid for your membership with the SEGPAY
 payment processing company then the website location you have to use to log in is here...Music Biz Etc.(SegPay).

C) If you paid for your membership with the CCBIL
 payment processing company then the website location you have to use to log in is here...Music Biz Etc.(CCBill).

D) If you do not know the location where you signed up and you also do not know the billing company name who processed your payment, but you know that your membership is still good then you will have to click on each of the 3 Music Biz Etc. locations above and using your username and passwords try to log in at all 3 website locations and see which location works and accepts your passwords. Then make sure you bookmark the correct one and write it down so you don't loose it again.


If you lost your password and/or don't know which company processed your membership payment. Then you must go to the support section of the payment processing companies to try to locate your Music Biz Etc. account online. The Billing Support company websites are here...
